You’re not annoying families—keep nudging them.

Over the past few days, I’ve had the same conversation with a half-dozen camps: "Families won’t send in their camp medical forms! How do we remind them without being annoying?"

Here’s the truth: you’re not annoying them. You’re reminding them. And in May? They need it.

My 6th grader’s softball team sent 29 messages in one day. Both my kids have field trips, last-minute parties, and recitals popping up constantly. Even though camp is right around the corner, camp medical forms are not top of mind.

✅ Automate the reminders.
✅ Be empathetic.
✅ Skip the penalties.
✅ Keep it friendly but clear: “Hey! Just a reminder to get that form in.”

Sincerely,
The parent who still hasn’t turned in his own kids’ camp medical forms 😅
